Join us for a wine pairing dinner in Vue Restaurant on Friday 28 June, featuring wines from Paringa Estate paired with an awesome menu prepared by our Head Chef Roger Wahsner.  We will be joined by Lindsay McCall, founder, owner and winemaker of Paringa Estate to introduce the award winning wines and share some of his stories and experiences of making wine in the Peninsula and his significant part in putting the Peninsula on the wine map globally.  This promises to be a night of good fun, great food and amazing wines.

Lindsay McCall established Paringa Estate in the heart of Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula wine region in 1985.  Over a five year period Lindsay planted the 10 acre home property of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Gris on what was a derelict orchard.  In 2018, Paringa Estate managed 70 acres of vineyard and in an average season the winery processes around 250 tonnes of fruit.  Paringa Estate is one of the most awarded wineries in Australia, particularly for Pinot Noir and Shiraz.  James Halliday’s inaugural ‘Winery of the Year’ and The Paringa Pint Noir sits on Langton’s Classification which is the ‘Honour Roll’ of fine Australian wine.
